Examination Regulations
- All students are required to take their examinations in the examination room assigned to them.
- Students must be present in the examination room and seated at least five (5) minutes before the scheduled starting time of the examination.
- Students are required to present their Student Identification Card. The Student Identification Card must remain visible on the desk throughout the examination.
- From the commencement of the examination onwards, students are expected to comply with all instructions and announcements issued by the examination supervisor(s) and invigilator(s).
- In order to ensure the proper conduct of the examination, examination supervisors and invigilators are authorized to make changes to the seating arrangement before or during the examination. Students are required to comply with any such instructions.
- During the examination, students are strictly prohibited from keeping any books, documents, lecture notes, or any other written or printed materials—whether related or unrelated to the examination—on or under their desks or in the desk compartments. Such materials must be placed in the area designated by the invigilator(s) before the examination begins.
- Students are responsible for bringing all necessary examination materials, including pens, pencils, erasers, and any other permitted items, prior to the start of the examination. The sharing of stationery or other examination materials during the examination is strictly prohibited.
- Any student who disrupts the examination, fails to comply with the instructions of the examination supervisor(s) or invigilator(s), or is found cheating or attempting to cheat will be reported by the invigilator(s). Such cases will be documented in an official report, and disciplinary proceedings will be initiated in accordance with the relevant university regulations.
- Upon completion of the examination, students must submit their examination papers in accordance with the instructions provided by the examination supervisor(s) and invigilator(s), and must leave the examination room quietly and in an orderly manner.
- Students are not permitted to wait, converse, or create unnecessary noise outside the examination rooms while examinations are in progress.
